Abstract: The pandemic had important repercussions on different Brazilian childhoods, with consequences for the health and well-being of this population, especially as those with greater social vulnerability and those with chronic illnesses and/or psychiatric disorders. A presentation of stressful, challenging and unpredictable life events such as the COVID-19 pandemic, increased or risk of psychological distress in children and serious caregivers. This study aimed to measure the repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic on the mental health of children assisted at a Child Psychosocial Care Center - CAPSi in Fortaleza, Ceará. This is a cross-sectional, quantitative and analytical study, with 150 participants (boys and girls aged 6 to 12 years) residing in the State of Ceará in the territories of regions II, IV and VI. Data collection took place from August to December 2022, and respondents were mothers or caregivers who lived with the child. The electronic data management tool was REDCap1, hosted at the Clinical Research Unit of the UFC University Hospital Complex. In the analysis of the characteristics of the participants so that they are used or tested by Mann-Whitney, tested by Student, ANOVA and Kruskall-Wallis. In investigating the association between categorical variables, Pearson's chi-square test, Wilcoxon rank sum test and Fisher's exact test were used. The results indicated a significant value on the perception of worsening in children's mental health during a pandemic. In the same period, 81% of children adopted violent behaviors with (p <0.001), 49% of children intentionally hurt themselves (p = 0.004), 60% of children worried about having bad feelings and thoughts (p <0.001), 83% of patients adopted negative changes in their routine (p = 0.002) and 65% of children complained about not spending time with friends (p = 0.002). Therefore, the study indicates evidence of the changes that occurred during the pandemic with consequences for the lives of children and their families, indicating emotional and psychic instability, effects on routine, damage to family and social coexistence, failures and deficiencies in mental health care for mothers and caregivers. Thus, it can be inferred that this care process, which benefits pediatric and very family patients, still faces many challenges in public health, explaining a scenario of illness that is still little recognized.

Abstract: A human baby to survive and develop in a healthy way and create a sense of himself needs care and a strong connection with the parents, called a bond. This connection might be indeed the strongest of all as it will reverberate to all links in the future. In this light, the objective of the study is to understand the perception of the mother / child bond by mothers. The research, with a qualitative approach, was carried out at the Instituto da Primeira Infância (IPREDE), an institution dedicated to promoting nutrition and development in early childhood. The techniques used for this study were semi-structured interviews founded on the photovoice method, in which the participants chose a couple of photographs that had better reflected the theme, followed by the storytelling to explain what the photographs meant. The photovoice method proved to be feasible as a resource to capture stories of mother / child bonds. The bond for the mothers in the present study was manifested in various ways and at different times, with presence, absence and in the process of construction. Through images and words their expressions, affirmations, feelings and emotions were captured. The method used to analyze the narratives generated by the interviews was Paul Ricoeur's phenomenological hermeneutics. The project was submitted to the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Ceará (UFC) and it has been approved. The following categories emerged from the speeches of the mothers / caregivers: (1) Bond with the unborn child, with a subcategory: the desire to generate and paternity; (2) birth: the real meet; (3) the sense of care and (4) the caregiver's sensitivity in the relationship. The desire to generate, the care, the sensitivity and the protection were the aspects that showed how the bond was established in the relationship of caregivers and their children. The study also showed that the theme has its importance beyond the individual and psychological relevance for each being while it reverberates in everyone's life with a notorious social impact.

Abstract: Introduction: Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (LUTS) are associated with abnormalities that occur during bladder storage. Among the available assistive technologies for evaluating these symptoms, the voiding diary stands out as a patient-centered, self-reported, non-invasive, and low-cost instrument. However, difficulties in understanding and interpreting the filling methods of the instrument are still observed, especially for patients with lower educational levels. Objective: Develop and validate a three-day bladder diary for Brazilian women. Methods: This is methodological research developed in three stages: literature review and development of the voiding diary; validation of content and appearance of the voiding diary by expert judges and validation of the voiding diary by the target audience regarding clarity and understanding for completion, and criterion validation by associating the data recorded in the diaries with data from the Questionnaire for Urinary Incontinence Diagnosis (QUID-Br). Expert professionals in urogynecology/women's health composed the sample of judges, and women with LUTS treated at two health centers formed the target audience. A questionnaire adapted from the Suitability Assessment of Materials (SAM) was used for validation with expert judges. For validation by the target audience, a structured evaluative questionnaire was used on the aspects of understanding, language, appearance, and use of the voiding diary. The data were analyzed according to the Content Validation Index (CVI), with a minimum of 0.78 for validation with experts, and based on agreement of at least 75% positive responses from the target audience. Criterion validity was analyzed using Kappa statistics and percentage agreement, with κ > 0.4 and agreement > 50% considered. Results: Seventeen experts validated the voiding diary. The overall CVI was 0.90. Among the domains, "Cultural Adequacy" was the best evaluated, with an average CVI of 1.0, followed by "Language," with an average CVI of 0.96. The domain with the lowest score was "Layout/Presentation," with an average CVI of 0.69. After suggested changes by the experts, the voiding diary was evaluated by 22 women. The items "Did you understand what you needed to write in the diary?" and "Are the illustrations adequate?" received maximum scores of 100%. The item "Do the font and size of the sentences allow for good reading?" achieved the lowest agreement score at 68%. However, the voiding diary achieved a level of agreement of 84.2% positive responses. The criterion test demonstrated good agreement between the questionnaire and the diary records for urge incontinence (k = 0.639; p<0.05; 81.8%) and reasonable agreement with weak correlation for stress incontinence (k = 0.271; p>0.05; 63.7%). Conclusion: The methodological process of elaboration and validation of the bladder diary allowed the construction of a valid instrument capable of identifying Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms. The elaboration of a bladder diary should take into account the specificities of the target audience associated with language factors and understanding of use, favoring the expansion and qualification of women's health care related to voiding dysfunctions at different levels of health care.

Abstract: Clinical protocols are technologies that are part of the organization of work and constitute an important health management tool. The objective of this study was to elaborate, update and edit the Clinical Protocols in Gynecology to be adopted by the Maternity School Assis Chateaubriand - Federal University of Ceará (MEAC/UFC). An integrative literature review was carried out in order to identify, analyze and synthesize, in the format of clinical protocols the evidence-based recommendations available for each defined topic. In total, 44 protocols were listed to compose the institution's book of Clinical Protocols in Gynecology, of which six were selected to acquire the multiprofessional format. The elaboration stages included: updating and elaboration of new protocols, review by the editors, internal validation, publication on the MEAC website and production of the digital and printed book. The protocol construction process is highly complex and must be carried out with methodological rigor, in order to guarantee its credibility. There is a great variety of methodologies used and it is necessary to expand the discussion in the literature on elaboration strategies, mainly involving multidisciplinary protocols. At the end of our process, twenty-one protocols were updated, of which two acquired the multiprofessional format. Nine new protocols were developed, two of them multiprofissional. In total, thirty-seven protocols will compose the book Clinical Protocols in Gynecology by MEAC.
