A indissociabilidade do cuidar e educar na educação infantil: por uma pedagogia dos cuidados

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between care and education as inseparable actions in early childhood education, as established by current legislation. Among the authors referenced to support this work are Ariès (1978), Falk (2010), Libardi and Castro (2017), Carmo and Cintra (2017), and Brazilian Education Laws. The methodology employed was analytical documental research based on public notices for the selection and hiring of teaching assistants and teachers in the city of Fortaleza. After data collection, a comparative documentary analysis was conducted to examine how the inseparability of care and education is reflected in the roles of early childhood education professionals. The most significant findings highlight the practical challenges of achieving this inseparability, as each process is carried out by different actors with distinct guidelines regarding their responsibilities, thereby reinforcing a dissociation between care and education.
