Abstract

Since ancient times, it was already in politics and law. This search for justice, for a fair society, has since the beginning, Plato was writing about such a topic. The state, however, that time did not understand that it should intervene in cases that were related to personality rights. With the passage of time, the development of codes and constitutions, the judiciary, through the state, and influenced spent to build the right people, not believing that it was only a natural right and that by this fact did not need to intervene. The issue of freedom was and is one of the most important points of the construction of personal rights. We note how far we really free or think we are, and that is just an imitation of freedom, because deep down we are just an imitation of freedom, because we are always stuck with concepts, rules. E even with so much freedom these days, there is very and yet what to think of rational freedom, the challenge of homo faber, the chal lenge of creating, changing.
